Course Outline This course provides an overview
of project management and covers the nine knowledge
areas identified in the PMBOK®:

Management
During the session, attendees will utilize
practice questions to better understand the nature
of the PMP exam. Attendees can evaluate their overall
scores and identify any weaknesses in the nine PMBOK®
knowledge areas. The review sessions offers students
the opportunity to clarify course material and to
"refresh" on course content. This can be
particularly useful prior to taking the PMP® Certification
examination.
The instruction approach includes lecture, exercises
and sample questions.
Certificate
A Certificate of completion for 35 hours (35 PDUs)
will be issued to those who attend and complete the
course.
